If used for long distance or local toll access to the Internet or for business purposes such as auto-dialing, telemarketing, or commercial or broadcast facsimile (i.e. fax), TC3Telecom may suspend, restrict, charge back, or cancel your service. Usage must be consistent with residential voice usage. If Boundless Unlimited long distance plan is used for non-residential purposes or if qualifying services are removed from the account, customer will be moved to TC3Telecom’s per minutes long distance plan which maybe a higher-priced, per minute long distance plan, domestic direct-dialed long distance and local toll calls.

This plan includes domestic direct-dialed calls only. Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Billing name and address must be the same for all your TC3Telecom accounts; all charges will appear on the same bill. Customers must be authorized to make account changes to all accounts. Account must be current at enrollment and have a good payment history. Customers with a security deposit, credit limit, non-basic block or toll block are not eligible. All initial TC3Telecom LD billing statements are sent via paper with a $2.95 paper statement fee. Client may switch to FREE email billing after initial invoice and receive a one time $2.95 credit applied to their next invoice.
