Anonymous Call Block
Anonymous Call Block allows you to stop incoming calls that block the display numbers from a Caller ID device. This service will deter anonymous calls, since callers must allow their numbers to be displayed in order to reach you.

Callers who have blocked the display of their numbers will hear an announcement telling them that you are not accepting blocked calls. They will be instructed to hang up, unblock their number and dial again if they wish to reach you.

Busy Redial
Busy Redial will dial a busy number for you, for up to 30 minutes. Once the line is free, Busy Redial will notify you with a unique ring and then connect you automatically. Use Busy Redial to place calls to more than one busy number at a time.

Call Block
Block unwanted calls by selecting up to 12 phone numbers from your calling area to be blocked from reaching you. Also block incoming calls from the last calling number, even if the number is unknown. A blocked caller will hear a voice recording that says you are not presently accepting calls.

Call Forwarding
Call Forwarding allows you to send your calls to another phone number right from your home phone. In the event you are unable to answer your phone and do not want to miss that important call, activate Call forwarding and never miss them again.

Call Forward (Busy / No Answer)
Call Forwarding (Busy / No Answer) allow you to send your incoming calls to another telephone number based on your priorities. Program your forwarding number anytime, from your home phone. That way, when you're already talking on the phone or cannot answer, you won't miss those important calls.

Two great features are included with this service. Call Forward Busy allows you to forward calls only when the line is in use. Call Forward Don't Answer allows you to forward calls when you are unable to answer the phone after 4 rings.

Call Waiting / Cancell Call Waiting
Call Waiting sends an audible tone to the customer during an on-going call to notify the customer of a second inbound call. The customer has the option to put the first call on hold, and pickup the second call. Additionally with this feature you can temporarily disable Call Waiting so you can send that important fax, send files over the internet without accidentally getting disconnected, or not be interrupted while on an important telephone call. When this is turned on, anyone trying to call you while you are on the phone or using your phone line will get a busy signal. After you hang up, your Call Waiting signal is automatically restored.

Caller ID
Caller ID provides the calling party's telephone number and name through an electronic device attached to the customer's phone line. Customers are required to purchase their own Caller ID equipment for this service to work at their residence.

Distinctive Ring allows you to give out two different telephone numbers for the same phone line, each of which makes your phone ring differently. One number will ring normally while your Distinctive Ring phone number will ring with two short rings.
